Delivery

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, except where it states that items are made to order, in this case it can take up to 7 working days for an order to be made and dispatched. Items sent overseas may be subject to delay due to customs clearance. There will be a delay in dispatch during Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year. Items may take a little longer during peak times due to higher volume in the run up to Christmas.

Payment

Laura Chambers accepts most major credit cards. All credit card and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We cannot be liable for any delay caused by refusal of payment. 

Conformity of goods

Laura Chambers takes great care that its descriptions and images are as accurate as possible but we cannot accept responsibility due to any colour variation caused by technical limitations, monitor colour and contrasts. Due to the nature of cashmere being a natural product, slight variation in colour and texture may occur. All information on our website is to be used as a guide only and is subject to change without notice. We do try to ensure that all information on the website is up to date, but do not accept liability for any omissions and or errors and reserve the right to change information, prices, products and services. While we do list availability information for products on our website, we cannot guarantee the specific availability of items. If an item is not available for dispatch, we will inform you by email and refund you in full.

Returning a product for refund or exchange

Should you wish to return an item purchased, we are happy to offer a full refund or an exchange. Please notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt of goods where we will be able to give you our return address. You can do this be emailing us at info@laura-chambers.com. Please send the items back to us in the same condition that you received them in, with all tags still attached and in the original, unworn condition. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and please note that the original shipping charges can not be refunded.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for your refund to be processed to your method of payment for the purchase price, once we have received your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returning a product if damaged or defective

In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defective or damaged. The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. Please contact us at info@laura-chambers.com within 5 days of receipt of goods to let us know. A fault is classed as a defect in the appearance or function. Once we receive your goods back, we will process a refund or have the item replaced.
